This webinar focuses on the interplay between the Family Medical Leave Act (“FMLA”), Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) and Workers' Compensation ("WC") laws. All three allow or mandate leaves of absence for employees with serious illness or injuries, but what they require for compliance differs significantly. This webinar will provide supervisors and human resource professionals with essential knowledge and strategies for navigating common overlapping leave requests and obligations, including:
